    No, you cannot curl SLAYYY hair with a curling iron. It is a synthetic fiber and will melt with heat.

  • How do I curl the ends of my SLAYYY hair?

    After styling, add rollers or a curler set to the ends of your hair and dip it in scalding hot water. Dry the ends and remove the roller set for a fabulous curl.

  • Do you suggest that I oil my scalp while wearing SLAYYY?

    Yes, we suggest you regularly oil your scalp while wearing SLAYYY hair. Although SLAYYY is a healthier option for your scalp, black hair still requires moisture, and oiling your scalp regularly will avoid dryness and promote hair growth while wearing your protective style.

  • If my hair is thin, will SLAYYY slip out of the braid?

    With over two years of testing, we have not received any complaints about the hair slipping. If your hair is very thin and begins to slip, we suggest using a braid gel or edge control while braiding, as this will help to grip your hair during installation.

  • How does SLAYYY respond to dipping?

    SLAYYY sets beautifully in hot water, and you will notice that it does not absorb as much water as other brands, so it dries much faster and will not drip as long.

  • What is the Secret SLAYYY Sauce?

    The SLAYYY Secret Sauce is our proprietary formula. Customers can feel assured that we only use natural ingredients to cleanse the Kanekalon fiber.

    Shipping charges are calculated automatically prior to submitting your payment information. Add items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page, where you will offer shipping method options and the associated pricing.

    Please note that shipping time is different from our fulfillment time. However, we strive to ship all orders on the same day or within 24 hours.

    We encourage you to schedule your hair appointment after you receive confirmation that your order has shipped.

  • What if my package is lost or stolen?

    We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once your items have left our warehouse. Please contact the shipping vendor for tracking and further instructions.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Yes, we are happy to ship orders internationally but shipping varies per country.

  • Do you offer wholesale purchases?

    We do offer wholesale accounts to dealer stocking brick-and-mortar locations. Wholesale orders are only available by the case.

  • Is there a minimum order?

    No, there is no minimum order for ordering. However, there is a minimum order of $99.99 to qualify for free shipping.

  • Can my order be canceled?

    Unfortunately, orders cannot be canceled once your order is placed.

  • Will you offer other colors for SLAYYY?

    Yes, We are constantly looking to add new colors to our product offerings.

Refunds and Exchanges

  • Do you accept refunds or exchanges?

    Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we hope that you embrace SLAYYY and love our synthetic hair. We understand that everyone might not love it as much as we do, but we cannot accept returns. However, we will accept exchanges within 5 days of receipt.

    If your order is damaged upon receipt, we will replace your order free of charge. Please email a photo proof of your damaged order along with your order number to care@slayyyhair.com.

    If your order is returned due to an invalid shipping address, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping your order a second time.
