Shipping

Shipping charges are calculated automatically prior to submitting your payment information.  Add items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page, where you will be offered shipping method options and the associated pricing. 

Please note that shipping time is different from our fulfillment time.  However, we strive to ship all orders the same day or within 24 hours for all orders placed by 12pm PST.

We encourage you to schedule your hair appointment after you receive confirmation that your order has shipped.

What if my package is lost or stolen?

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once your items have left our warehouse.  Please contact the shipping vendor for tracking and further instructions. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we are happy to ship orders internationally but shipping varies per country.  All countries set up for shipping will appear when you attempt to enter your shipping address.  If you do not see your country listed, please send an email to care@slayyyhair.com with your inquiry and we will do our best to add your country to our list of options.
