Hi April - What a shame that your braider refused to use SLAYYY. We are so loyal to the Korean brands and it saddens me that your braider would not even try it. SLAYYY feels more like human hair than anything else on the market. Also, your braider only has to deal with SLAYYY for a few hours and you are the one that has to wear it for 6 weeks or longer and will have to deal with the itching and scalp irritation. We are happy to except your refund for any unopened and unused packages as long as you cover the return shipping and original shipping costs.
